This agreement governs sales of digital products and services made through Simple Project under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. You confirm at checkout that you have read and accepted it before placing an order.
Parties

Buyer: The person identified by the name and e-mail address given at checkout. Buyer details are kept with the order record in the account area.
Subject
The rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the digital product (plugin package, plugin, map, launcher license, website theme) or service that the Buyer ordered electronically from the Seller's website, whose features and price are stated on the product page.
Product and price information
- The product name, contents, compatible Minecraft versions and price are shown on the product page.
- Prices are in Turkish Lira and include VAT. If another currency is chosen on the Tebex payment page, Tebex applies the conversion rate.
- The price at the time of ordering applies; later discounts are not applied to earlier orders.
Payment
Payment is collected through the Seller's payment provider Tebex Limited by credit/debit card or other methods offered by Tebex. The invoice is e-mailed by Tebex. Card details are not stored by the Seller.
Delivery
- Digital products are assigned to the Buyer's account immediately after the payment confirmation reaches the Seller; the download link and, where applicable, the license key appear under "Downloads" and "Licenses". No physical shipment takes place.
- If the payment notification is delayed, delivery is completed within 24 hours at the latest.
- For custom development, delivery time and milestones are stated in the written quote; work starts with the deposit and the remaining amount is collected after delivery.
