Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data is collected when you use the Simple Project website and services, how it is used and how it is protected. For details on personal data processing see the Personal Data Notice (KVKK).

Scope

The policy covers the website, account area, store, quote form, license verification API and the launcher update service. Communication on our Discord server is subject to Discord's own privacy policy.

Data we collect

• Provided by you: name and e-mail at sign-up; project details, budget range and contact information in the quote form; Discord and Minecraft usernames in account settings.
• Collected automatically: IP address, browser type, visited pages, session cookies, the source IP and plugin version of license verification requests.
• From third parties: payment status and invoice e-mail from Tebex; your Discord id and username when you sign in with Discord.

Cookies

Only cookies required for the service are used:

• Session cookie: keeps you signed in.
• Cart cookie: stores cart contents until checkout; it is signed and holds no personal data.
• Language preference: remembers the interface language you picked.

No advertising or behavioural tracking cookies are used. A cookie-free analytics tool may be used for anonymous visit statistics.

Third-party services

• Tebex: payments are collected via Tebex Checkout. Card details are processed by Tebex and never shared with us.
• Discord: optional sign-in and account linking; support communication.
• E-mail provider: order, license and quote notifications.
• Hosting: data is stored only on the provider's servers and transmitted over encrypted connections.

Security

Passwords are hashed one-way; sessions expire and can be revoked; all traffic is TLS-encrypted; download links are time-limited and signed; license verification responses are signed. Administrative actions are written to an audit log.

Children

Our services are not aimed at people under 18. Purchases require consent of a parent or guardian.

Significant changes are announced on this page; the date at the top shows the last revision.
