This notice explains, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), which personal data of visitors and customers of the Simple Project platform is processed, for what purpose, on what legal basis, and what rights you have.

Data we process
- Identity and contact: name, e-mail address, Discord username, Minecraft username.
- Account and transactions: order number, purchased products, license keys, the server IP a license is bound to, quote requests and related messages.
- Technical: IP address, browser and device information, session cookies, download and license verification logs.
- Payment: payments are processed by Tebex Limited; your card details never reach us. We only receive the transaction id, amount and payment status.
Purposes
- Running purchase, delivery and licensing processes.
- Preparing custom development quotes and keeping project communication going.
- Account security, license verification and abuse prevention.
- Meeting legal obligations (invoicing, accounting, consumer law).
- With your explicit consent, product update and campaign notifications.
Legal basis
We rely on the grounds listed in Article 5 of KVKK: performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, establishment and exercise of a right, and legitimate interest. Marketing communication relies on your explicit consent.
Transfers
Data is shared only with parties strictly required to deliver the service:
- Tebex Limited (payment infrastructure, United Kingdom),
- Discord Inc. (account linking and support communication, USA),
- E-mail and hosting providers (notifications and server infrastructure),
- Public authorities where legally required.
International transfers are carried out in line with Article 9 of KVKK.
Retention
Account data is kept until the account is deleted; order and invoice records for the period required by law (10 years); license verification and download logs for 30 days; quote conversations for 2 years after project completion. Data is then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed,
- Request information about processing,
- Learn the purpose and whether data is used accordingly,
- Know the third parties to whom data is transferred, domestically or abroad,
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- Request deletion or destruction,
- Object to a result that is to your detriment produced by automated analysis,
- Claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
Requests
Send requests in writing to [email protected]. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest. You can also request deletion from your account settings via "delete my account".
